Pressure-sealed variable data mailers that look like a private document - because they are one. Printed on our digital press, sealed, sorted, and delivered to USPS for the same cost as a standard mailing. No outsourcing. No markup. One contact from file to mailbox.
A snap-pack (also called a pressure seal mailer) is a single sheet printed with your message, then folded and sealed under pressure into a self-contained mailer. No envelope. No inserting. The recipient has to tear or “snap” it open to read the contents - which is exactly why open rates are high.
Any industry that sends confidential, time-sensitive, or personalized correspondence by mail is a natural fit. These are the three that benefit most.
Most mailing houses that offer snap-pack mailers outsource the printing. That adds lead time, a production middleman, and a margin on top of the print cost - before anything gets sorted or mailed.
At US Presort, the digital press that prints your snap-packs is in the same facility where your job gets sorted and mailed. One vendor, one contact, one cost. If something needs to change - a data file update, a quantity adjustment, a format tweak - it happens in-house without a phone chain.
We’ve been running production direct mail since 2001. Snap-packs aren’t a specialty add-on for us - they’re a core production capability.
